Yes. The custom PC request form lets you specify CPU, GPU, RAM, storage, and other preferences. A builder will confirm final part choices with you before checkout.

Yes — Discord is our primary support channel for build questions, order updates, and troubleshooting after delivery.

Before checkout, use "Request Changes" on your review page. Once a build has started, contact us through Discord as soon as possible — changes may affect price and timeline.

You can cancel a pending request from its review page before payment. Once an order has been paid and building has begun, contact us to discuss options.
