By placing an order with ShiftyBuilds, you agree to the specifications, price, and shipping estimate confirmed on your order review page prior to payment.

2. Payment

All payments are processed by Stripe. ShiftyBuilds does not store your payment card details.

3. Custom Requests

Custom PC requests are subject to component availability. Final pricing is confirmed before checkout and may differ from initial estimates.

4. Cancellations

Requests may be cancelled prior to payment. Once building has started, cancellations are handled on a case-by-case basis.

ShiftyBuilds is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of a purchased system, to the extent permitted by law.
